Sometimes when an investor changes from one agency to another, there can be discomfort associated with communicating this to their existing Property Manager, however, we can assist in this process.
Once a signed management authority has been completed, a landlord simply completes the attached letter and we can communicate this change to your existing Property Manager on your behalf – you don’t even need to make a call.
From there, we can do all the work for you by collecting any required documentation, records and keys etc, and with minimal disruption to your tenant. We’ll communicate the new details to your tenant and ensure they are well supported throughout this process.
